Orsay

Redevelopment of the park

The business park is ideally located right beside the future railway station of the Grand Paris Express (2027).

As part of its development, Société de la Tour Eiffel has obtained in January 2018 the planning permit for the construction of Phase 1 of its future business campus. The first phase is planned on the free land reserve of 8,300 sq. m in the centre of the Parc d'ORSAY.

The scheme will include two buildings (A1 and A2) of offices and light industrial as well as a multi company restaurant on the ground floor of A2. Both buildings will be certified HQE "Excellent".

The total floor area will represent 13,560 sq. m along with parking space for 255 vehicles (of which 245 in the basement).

The planning permit now being obtained, Société de la Tour Eiffel is consulting firms by issuing invitations to tender.

The architects for the scheme are P. Mayla & Associates.
